- I follow InterNACHI's Standards of Practice
- I have completed InterNACHI's Structural Course
- I have completed InterNACHI's Electrical Course
- I have completed InterNACHI's Safety Practices Course
- I have completed InterNACHI's Roofing Course
- I have completed InterNACHI's Wood Destroying Organisms Course
- I have completed InterNACHI's Green Home Course
- I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year
